If you've read Reinventure: How Travel Adventure Can Change Your Life you know that travel sparked a major career change for me. I've also met many people who have changed their jobs, hobbies, or where they live, as a result of a trip.

Many times this change is sparked because someone encountered a great guide during their travels. A guide can help us see things that are hidden from view or teach us about ourselves. Usually these encounters are pleasant, sometimes they are disturbing. We may realize we are dissatisfied with a facet of our life and start to change. We may want to make a bigger contribution to the planet; regardless, we are never quite the same.

If you have met a great guide, please share your experiences. It is a chance to recognize their contributions and perhaps steer fellow travelers towards a great trip.

Yes.When we travel in one of the islands in Philippines, I think in Boracay, he is really good he answers politely, and he is so smart to all the question we ask.She knows the history of Boracay.
