While not well known, this region has significant natural attractions, including Europe's largest national park, fantastic bird and whale watching, and geothermal features.

Reinventure Travel Can Change Your Life

Travel allows us to reinvent ourselves over and over. Carol Patterson, former Calgary Zoo trustee and author of
Reinventure: How Travel Adventure Can Change Your Life believes no one comes home unchanged. Formerly an oil accountant, Carol used travel to create a new career as an ecotourism planner. Carol has been lost in Oyen, crashed a dogsled, and pursued by elephants, but she has never looked back. She will share stories from Africa, Iceland, and Borneo, and show how your life can be reinvigorated through travel.
